These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the website doubicounsulting.uk and to digital marketing services provided by DOUBI CONSULTING LTD (“DOUBI CONSULTING”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

2. Our services and your order
The specific services we will provide, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and any estimated timeframe will be described in the relevant proposal, order confirmation, checkout page or service agreement.
A service-specific proposal or agreement will take priority if it conflicts with these Terms.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or begin the agreed work following your written acceptance.
3. Fees and payment
The price, currency, payment schedule and any applicable taxes will be shown in your proposal, order confirmation or checkout before you place your order.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment details are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. DOUBI CONSULTING does not ask you to send payment card details by email.
Any advertising budget or third-party charge will be payable by you only where it is clearly explained and agreed before the charge is incurred. Recurring payments or instalments will apply only if their amount, frequency and terms are disclosed and agreed before payment.
If an agreed payment is overdue, we may pause the affected services after giving you notice, where permitted by law and the applicable service agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
To help us provide the services, you agree to provide accurate information, materials, approvals and access reasonably required for the agreed work.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, images, data, accounts or other materials you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving materials or campaigns where your approval is requested.
Delays in receiving information, access or approval from you may affect the estimated delivery dates.
5. Third-party platforms
Some services may involve search engines, social media networks, advertising platforms, website hosts or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those platforms.
We do not control third-party decisions, availability, account restrictions, policy changes, algorithm changes or outages. We are not responsible for actions taken by a third-party platform, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Results
We will provide the services described in your proposal or service agreement with reasonable care and skill. Digital marketing results depend on factors that may be outside our control, including competition, budgets, platform policies, algorithms, market conditions and your website or product.
We do not guarantee a specific search ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, sales or return on advertising spend unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about cancellation requests and refunds:
https://doubicounsulting.uk/refund-policy/
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights that apply to your order. For many service contracts concluded online in the UK, consumers generally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel.
If you ask us to begin work during that period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the work already provided, where the law allows. If the service is fully completed during the cancellation period, your right to cancel ends only where you gave the required prior consent and acknowledgement.
To request cancellation, email contact@doubicounsulting.uk with your name, order or project reference, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For a recurring service, the renewal frequency, price and cancellation arrangements will be stated in your proposal or order details. You can request cancellation by emailing us. Unless your agreement says otherwise, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period and stop the next renewal.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You give us permission to use those materials only as needed to provide the agreed services.
Unless your proposal or service agreement says otherwise, once all amounts due for a project have been paid, you may use the final deliverables created specifically for you for your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and materials. Any third-party materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
9. Privacy and confidentiality
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://doubicounsulting.uk/wpautoterms/privacy-policy/
Each party should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business relationship, unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or remove website content or features. We aim to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Where you use our services as a business, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not change an existing service agreement unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to rely on mandatory consumer protections and bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
