This policy applies to digital marketing services provided by DOUBI CONSULTING LTD, including SEO, PPC and social media marketing (SMM). It does not limit consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
- Service scope and fees
The scope of each service, its deliverables, price, payment schedule and estimated timeframe will be set out in the relevant proposal, order confirmation or service agreement before payment.
Some services may be one-off projects. Others may be provided on a recurring or monthly basis. The applicable arrangement will be shown in your proposal or order details.
- How to request a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email contact@doubicounsulting.uk with your name, project or order reference, payment date and a short explanation of your request.
We will review the request against the agreed service scope, the work completed and any consumer rights that apply. We will confirm our decision by email.
- One-off projects
If you cancel a one-off project, we will refund any amount paid for work that has not been carried out, less any third-party costs already approved by you and already incurred, where the law allows.
Work already completed or delivered may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law. If we are unable to provide an agreed service, we will refund the amount paid for the part we cannot provide.
If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed project scope, contact us so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy.
- Recurring or monthly services
You may request cancellation of a recurring service by emailing us at contact@doubicounsulting.uk.
Unless your service agreement states otherwise, cancellation will stop the next renewal and take effect at the end of the current paid service period. Payments for a period that has already started are not refundable, except where required by law or where we have not provided the service paid for.
- Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel a service contract within a cooling-off period. The length and conditions of that period depend on the laws that apply to your order. For example, UK consumers generally have 14 days to cancel a service contract made online.
If you ask us in writing to begin work during that period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the work already provided, where the law allows. If a service is fully completed during the cooling-off period, your cancellation right may end only where you gave the required prior consent and acknowledgement.
You can cancel by emailing us with a clear statement, such as:
“I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my service contract for [service/project name], order reference [number], placed on [date].”
- Services and results
SEO, PPC and social media results can depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, budgets and market conditions. Unless a specific result is expressly stated in your written service agreement, we do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
This does not affect your rights if a service has not been provided as agreed or if consumer law gives you a right to a refund.
- Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where possible, and within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
We do not charge a separate refund-processing fee.
